After dedicating 15 years to the Renewable Energy industry, Ella partnered with her sister, Grace, who has also carved a career in the same sector, to co-find a sustainable-led renewable energy solutions company.

Together, they combine their vast knowledge in architecture, design, product innovation, quality compliance, project management, and delivery to ensure that every project is not only innovative and efficient, but also tailored to meet the unique needs of their clients.

Ella Carpenter, Co-Founder

Starting her career in Architecture, Ella soon developed a profound passion for sustainable design and, together with her commitment to eco-friendly practices, led her to transition to the Renewable Energy Industry in 2010. Over the years, Ella has worked in various capacities within the industry, including design, planning, product innovation, and project delivery.
​
Her architectural background has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of construction materials, methods, procedures, and design standards. During her tenure at a leading mounting system manufacturer, Ella gained invaluable experience in calculating important structural-bearing loadings and engineering innovative products to ensure secure and reliable system installations.
​
This expertise has enabled her to develop robust processes that facilitate efficient, innovative, precise, and clear project management and delivery. Ella’s meticulous approach to detail ensures that every aspect of a project is carefully considered and designed for, resulting in exceptional delivery and performance.

​In addition to her professional achievements, Ella’s dedication to sustainable design is complemented by her love for the natural environment and eco-friendly architecture. Her passion for discovering different cultures has driven her to explore various languages and travel experiences, with her currently studying Spanish since 2019.
Grace Carpenter, Co-Founder

Through her professional studies of Photography, Grace discovered an appreciation for the environment from an early age, which she has also carried into her career, where she has enjoyed challenging herself in various capacities, including quality control and compliance, project co-ordination, and design. These different roles have enhanced Grace’s experience with an extensive skill set that allows her to establish solid processes and procedures that ensure every project is delivered with thoroughness, clarity, and accuracy.

​Grace specialises in designing renewable energy solutions that maximise generation for commercial sites. She has extensive experience in securing grid connection permissions for businesses and landowners, by working closely with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) across the country. This collaboration ensures the delivery of efficient and high-quality projects that are tailored to site-specific requirements. In addition, her comprehensive understanding of the renewable energy landscape allows her to provide innovative and effective solutions that drive sustainability and operational excellence.

Alongside her professional accomplishments, Grace’s enthusiasm for the environment greatly enriches her personal pursuits, as she is a keen hiker and photographer of the natural world. She enjoys travelling to new places and as a dedicated electric car enthusiast, Grace blends her passions for travel and technology to explore new and exciting destinations.
