Below is our main process which is further tailored to each individual site, where specific requirements and expectations are carefully considered and incorporated.
Getting Started
At the beginning, we arrange to meet you on-site or via videocall to discuss your aims, aspirations, expectations, and requirements.

We then produce a brief which outlines the services that we offer and how these are tailored to your individual project.
​
During this stage, we clarify key requirements, timescales, budgets, and expectations.
Evaluating & Auditing
Once we decide to work together, we conduct a comprehensive audit of your current energy usage and evaluate your future energy consumption expectations based on discussions and real-time data.

We use this information to refine the initial concept design, using tools to calculate energy generation and savings.
Development
We conduct a site investigation and information-gathering exercise, including a measured roof survey, inspection of the main existing electrical infrastructure, and a review of health and safety aspects.

We engage with the relevant interested parties that are required to approve the design, including Planning Authorities, Distribution Network Operators, Structural Assessors, and others.
​
Following advice and feedback from these interested parties, we evolve the design to ensure everyone is satisfied and all necessary permissions are obtained before commencing with the project.

Once all permissions have been obtained and the final design has been fully refined, we present a final proposal, which provides a comprehensive summary of our professional fees to construct your renewable energy project.
Preparing for construction
Once our proposal has been approved and accepted, we prepare the necessary details with meticulous care to produce a working construction plan which outlines important milestones and activities.

We discuss and agree details with you to ensure that disturbance to your everyday operational processes is strictly kept to a minimum.
Installing your project
We oversee the construction of your renewable energy project, ensuring that the system is correctly and safely installed according to all regulatory requirements and standards.

We update you regularly during this stage, ensuring that clear communication is maintained throughout the build.
Switch on
Once the system has been successfully installed, we commence with the first official switch-on of the system, which involves a number of important checks and tests.

We liaise with the Distribution Network Operator to ensure that any required tests or visits are completed successfully and accurately.
Verifying
During the first week following the first switch-on, we carefully monitor the performance of the system to ensure everything is operating properly.
​
Once we confirm that the system is operating properly, we formally handover the system to you, including all relevant paperwork in a digital format for you to keep on file.
On-going support
We offer a two-year Workmanship Warranty as standard, which includes two free annual inspections to carry out checks of the system.
​
We offer further on-going support once your standard warranty has expired in the form of maintenance packages that will continue to ensure your system is operating to its maximum capability.
